Terms of Service

MHT CET SIMU is operated by KOV Enterprises LLP. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, use the service with your parent or guardian’s consent — they are agreeing to these terms with you.

MHT CET SIMU is independent exam-practice software. It simulates the MHT CET computer-based test using questions from previously held papers.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra, or any government body. We do not conduct the MHT CET, we cannot influence your result, and we have no access to official records.

Scores, chapter analysis and any comparison figures we show are produced by our own software from your practice. They are a study aid. They are not an official score, not an official percentile, and not a prediction of your result.

One account per person. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. Accounts are personal — sharing your login, or using one account for several students, is not permitted, and free access is counted per account for exactly that reason.

Every account gets two full papers — the two 15 April 2026 shifts. It is a lifetime allowance per account, not a monthly one, and it does not reset. You can return to an unfinished paper while its timer is running; closing the page does not pause it. You can review a submitted paper as often as you like — reviewing does not consume anything further.

No card is required for free access.

Annual access costs ₹1,999 and lasts 12 months from the day it is activated. It is a one-time payment.

It does not auto-renew. Nothing recurring is set up, no mandate is created, and you will not be charged again unless you choose to buy again. There is no subscription to remember to cancel.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.

Annual access unlocks the entire question bank and every practice mode the moment payment succeeds, so it cannot be returned once used. For that reason we do not offer refunds on change of mind after purchase. The two free papers exist precisely so you can judge whether the product suits you before paying.

We will refund you in full where:

• you were charged more than once for the same access;
• money left your account but access was never granted;
• the service is materially unavailable for a prolonged period and we cannot put it right.

Write to support@mhtcetsimu.in within 7 days of the charge. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, normally within 5–7 working days.

Please do not:

• copy, scrape, bulk-download or republish the question bank, the analysis, or any part of the service;
• share your account, or resell access to it;
• try to reach questions, answer keys or solutions other than through normal use of the product;
• attack, overload, or attempt to break the security of the service.

We may suspend an account that does these things. Where we do, and the account had paid access, we will tell you why.

Questions come from previously held MHT CET papers and are reproduced for study. The software, the chapter analysis, the reports and the presentation of that material are ours. Your account and your practice history remain yours; see the Privacy Policy for what we do with them.

We check questions against their published source, but transcription errors are possible. If you find one, tell us at support@mhtcetsimu.in and we will correct it.

Full past papers are timed exactly like the exam and are submitted automatically when their time runs out. Chapter, subject and custom practice tests have no time limit; they are submitted only when you submit them.

Every attempt records a few browser signals while it runs — tab visibility, fullscreen, connection drops — so a full paper's clock behaves correctly and an attempt cannot be taken twice. There is no camera, microphone or screen recording of any kind. This is set out in full in the Privacy Policy.

We work to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, outages at our hosting or payment providers, and faults can all interrupt it.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for exam outcomes, admission decisions, or any loss that follows from them.

We may update these terms; the date at the top of this page shows when. If a change materially affects paid access we will tell account holders directly. You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Indian courts.
